User Agreement

By accessing or using the LeakSnitch community platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Account Registration
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
2. Community Guidelines
Be respectful, constructive, and kind. You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Post spam, misleading content, or malicious links
- Share others' personal information without consent
- Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to bypass security measures or access restricted areas
3. Content Ownership and License
You retain full ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant LeakSnitch a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and reproduce your content on the Platform. This license ends when you delete your content or account, except where content has been shared or embedded by others.
4. Platform Rules
- Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
- Do not post confidential or sensitive information
- Do not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without written permission
- Do not engage in vote manipulation or spam campaigns
- Respect intellectual property rights — only post content you have the right to share
5. Moderation
We reserve the right to remove or edit any content that violates these Terms. We may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts for repeated or severe violations. Moderator decisions are final but may be appealed by contacting support.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through your settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your access to the Platform ceases, but your public content may remain visible.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeakSnitch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
